- Arrive makeup-free if possible, especially on the treatment area
- Avoid blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E) for 1 week prior if able
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before treatment to minimize bruising risk

During Your Treatment
